Un Siècle d'Excellence Culinaire: Le Grand Banquet Franco- Taiwanais

From Monday 30th to 31th December, we're delighted to announce that Pantoh Academy has invited this year's guest chef, Chef Loïc le bail, to our restaurant. In celebration of the end of 2024, we will collaborate on a eight-course menu that showcases Taiwan-style feast "pān-toh", in both french and the original local culinary way.
