Documentary of Guest Chef Pantoh Event December 2024

The French-Taiwanese pantoh cuisine event has come to an end. We are grateful for all the kitchen members and guests taking part in our unforgettable event! This documentary includes introduction of restaurateur Chris and the idea of making this special event happen. Chef Loic and his cooperative chef Simba also shared with us what they have experienced throughout the whole journey from their point of view as someone from a different culinary culture.
